Varant

Varant is the name of a desert realm in the southern parts of the core continent. It's vast, hot reaches are a daunting challenge to any traveler, and the sparsely located oasis provide only a bit of nourishment to the exhausted wanderer.

The inhabitants of Varant are called Varatti. Not to be confused with the Hashishin, as the Varatti are all inhabitants of the desert, no matter which guild they are part of.

The land is inhabited by two tribes descendant from the ancient humans - the Nomads and the Hashishin, who continuously battle for dominance over the lands.
