Rhademes is the son of Quahodron, the leader of the ancient city of Jharkendar, situated in the island of Khorinis.

When Quahodron was asked by the priests to stand down from his function as the leader and the warriors rebelled against the order, Rhademes was nominated by the rebelling Jharkedians as Quahodron's successor and the Beliar's Claw was handed over to him.

However, Rhademes was weak, and the blade's will soon dominated over him, and using Rhademes to slay the Guardians of the Dead of Jharkendar, preventing them from summoning the ghosts of the ancients, the only ones that could defeat the blade.

Soon, Rhademes was overcome by fury and hatred, and this was used by Khardimon and Quahodron to lure him into the Temple of Adanos and trap him in it for eternity.

Soon after he died of exhaustion, Rhademes' sanity returned and he realized what he had done, adding to his now never ending torment as a spectre in the empty, dead halls of the House of Warriors.
