Old Mine

The Old Mine is the property of the Old Camp. It is lead by the shadow Ian.

There are various persons in the mine, each having his own role. The diggers are those who scrape the Ore from the mine. The Guards are there to make sure nothing goes wrong, and to slay any Minecrawler that attacks diggers. The templars have a similar meaning. They are there to hunt down Minecrawlers to take the valuable secretion from their mandibles, a substance necessary for the summoning of the Sleeper.

The mine is closely situated near the New Camp, behind the forests near the Old Camp.

The biggest problem of the mine are the vast numbers of Minecrawlers. One of the nests is destroyed by the hero by killing a minecrawler queen from an abandoned infested shaft. In the time when the Water Mages were searching for the Focus Stones with the help of the hero, the old mine caved in leaving the old camp with no income.
