Lord Andre is one of the paladins who came from the mainland to conduct the expedition in the Valley of Mines from Khorinis. By express order of Lord Hagen, he took the position of judge in Khorinis, and leader of the Militia. Everyone who committed a crime in the city had to pay a fine to Lord Andre in order that the matter was forgotten. Also, he was responsible for all matters concerning the common folk, and he decided if a citizen could join the Militia. He arranged his quarters at the barracks in Khorinis. He wears the Knight's Armor .
