Jarvis is the leader of the watchtower mercenaries in the New Camp. He is standing at the inner gate durning the day time. After the collaspse of the barrier, Jarvis began living outside the city of Khorinis, on Onar's farm with the mercenaries. He is strongly against Sylvio's gang here and would like you to teach a few of them a lesson.
