Homer is the master builder who controlled the building of the dam, when the New camp was founded.He was one of the first man who came in the New Camp.

Years after the building of the dam,Homer suffers a terible problem.Recently an lurker is constantly ramming his teeth into the foundation of the dam. Afraid that the dam will be broken eventually,he sends the hero to kill the beast.

After the hero slays the lurker,Homer says that he can now sleeps peacefully,returning to his hut from the cave.
