Dark Mages

The Dark Mages are the magicians and highest representatives of Beliar, among the mortals.

They can use the dark god's magic and are very wealthy due to their reputation in Varant among the Hashishin and the Orcs. You can find the most in Varant, it's very hard to find any in other areas. They take donations from rich merchants in Varant and they donate it them Beliar so that his wrath will remain dormant even longer.

The leader of the Dark Mages is Zuben; he is master of black magic and dual-handed fighting and Beliar's highest representative.

Also, there is a very special character, whose name is Xardas. While he is a dark mage, he's the one of those very rare people, who acts against his god, while lending his powers. Only people with a very high willpower are capable to do something like this.

A subdivision of the Dark Mages are the Seekers, who are the scout forces of Beliar.
