Blade is worried about the attacks of bandits on the convoys of good headed to the Old Camp from the exchange place. Maybe he is talking about Quentin and his gang of bandits who have their camp high in the mountains, but the authors of the game never really explained the meaning of Quentin's gang so we will never know. We just know that a certain quest connected with Quentin and his gang was cut out from the game or not included in it due to financial reasons.
