Barthos of Laran

Barthos of Laran was a magician that he dedicated himself to studying magic. There are no further details about his life.
In his vision, magic is not of human origin, but rather a divine gift which combined the power of the elements, which goes beyond the the human capacity of understanding.
He stated that when a magus is in a state of full concentration, the spirit of the magus rises above the sphere, and he becomes able to use the power of magic, and shape it and eventually release it into the world.
Barthos' writings were approved by both the magicians of the Circle of Fire, as well as by the magicians of the Circle of Water.
