Akil is a farm foreman just outside the City of Khorinis. Akil, his wife, and his farm hands are directly feeling the impact of the war between the militia and the mercenaries in the form of visits by patrols demanding rent be paid. The hero helped Akil defeat two mercenaries trying to collect such rent.
